Contact with the owner was quick and courteous. She allowed me to add to an existing order which resulted in only one shipping charge. The mystery yarn package ordered was received I a timely manner. I was pleased with the colours and yarn provided.

As someone who works closely with e-commerce, I do recommend removing the newsletter blocker from the sales page. While it's ok for someone who wishes not to subscribe, it shouldn't block them from seeing the sales page after dismissing it. It would introduce more friction and sales drop in the future.

The folks of The Wool Pirate send the fastest ship in their fleet to get the yarn, knitting needles, and all the other bits and bobs to your home so quick, it's amazing!
