Refund policy

 

We strive to make sure your order is correct and you are happy. If you discover an issue with your purchase, please let us know right away and we will do our best to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

All products, with the exception of yarn, final sale.  This includes and is not limited to needles, hooks and patterns.  

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All returns and refunds can be returned at the customer's expense, for store credit if purchased within the past 30 days. Please contact the store at yarnplease@thewoolpirate.com before returning your item so we know it is coming.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in new condition.   

Sale items

Only regular-priced yarn purchases may be refunded for store credit. Sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.  This includes any items purchased with a discount code during special events.   

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yarnplease@thewoolpirate.com and we will provide instructions.

The Wool Pirate reserves the right to make changes to this policy at its sole discretion.
