Refund and Returns Policy
We strive to make sure your order is correct and you are happy. If you discover an issue with your purchase, please let us know right away and we will do our best to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All returns and refunds can be returned at the customer's expense, for store credit if purchased within the past 30 days. Please contact the store (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning your item so we know it is coming.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in new condition.
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or contact us below and we will provide instructions.
The Wool Pirate reserves the right to make changes to this policy at its sole discretion.
